
1. Please email sales@crownbullion.com for latest prices. Website prices may not always reflect exactly due to the variation in the daily spot price.
2. The Crown Bullion Company “Order” form must be completed in order to “lock in” an order. The form will be emailed to the customer. It can be emailed back to us in PDF format, faxed or posted to the Crown Bullion Company Limited at the address stated below. Payment must be made within 24 hours or the order is cancelled.
3. Payment for goods will be accepted in advance by sterling cheque drawn on a recognized bank, bank draft, CHAPS or bank transfer. Payment can also be received in U.S Dollars & Euros. However, U.S Dollar and Euro payments can only be accepted via bank wire transfer. Please see below for U.S Dollar/Euro payment banking instructions.
4. A copy of a valid photo ID and recent bank statements (not more than 3 months old) or a utility bill (not more than 3 months old) must be emailed in PDF or jpeg format on orders above £10000. Customers must sign any documents before they send them to us. This is to comply with strict HMRC regulations in relation to money laundering.

6. Once payment has cleared, goods will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully insured) or by international insured mail delivery system (Fedex/DHL/UPS etc) within 48 hours. You will then receive all the necessary tracking information to track your goods. All goods are fully insured to their sale value.
7. The importing of goods into the country of destination may be restricted or subject to local taxation and it is your responsibility to ensure that your order can be legally received in your country.
8. The Crown Bullion Company Limited accepts no responsibility for your orders import specifics that are governed by your own geographical location or country. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs and excise office. It must be stated in writing on the order form, the place of delivery.
9. The Crown Bullion Company Limited reserves the right to refuse purchase of any product at any time at the company’s discretion.

11. Should you, the buyer wish to collect your bullion directly from our secure holding facility in London, UK; three days notice is required as we don't keep bullion on the premises. A surcharge of £15 will apply if collecting in person. Our representative would meet you at the facility at a pre-arranged time.
